At Querendona, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our sauces, we offer a money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Coverage:
- Valid only for the first purchase of each product.
- Limited to 1 unit per flavor.
- Not applicable to wholesale orders, bulk purchases, or promotional/discounted items.
- Proof Required: Customers must provide clear photos of the product and packaging, along with an explanation of the dissatisfaction.
- Product Condition:
- Refunds are not available if more than 20% of the product has been consumed.
- Packaging must remain intact and free from tampering.
- Exclusions:
- Guarantee does not apply in cases of improper storage, misuse, or handling by the customer (e.g., prolonged exposure to sunlight, heat, or contamination).
- Guarantee does not cover a change of preference after the product has been fully consumed.
- Refund Process:
- Once approved, refunds will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
